The field boot is your best companion for Fall and Winter. Anything you throw at it, it can take. The Sons of Henrey Byron field boot comes in a beautiful, medium brown Oak Antique calf combined with Dark Brown suede, with studded Vibram rubber sole.

A first for Sons of Henrey, this is a patina-based boot. With patina, the colour of the leather is formed by using leather dye at the finishing stage, which gives the factory the ability to provide a lot of depth to the colour, and create a striking look.

The leather is chrome tanned, and finished with aniline based dyes. We recommend brushing the shoes after every wear to remove dirt and restore the luster of the leather. Saphir Dark Brown shoe wax can be used to shine the leather.

Made on the Elegant Round last, the shoes feature a narrow waist, medium instep height and medium width across the ball. At the toe and under the vamp, there is extra volume for your feet. The heel to ball dimension, critical for a good fit, is the same for all Sons of Henrey lasts. We advise you to take the same size as you would in Carmina or Crockett & Jones. Size down half a size from your Edward Green or Gaziano & Girling size, and size up half a size from your Carlos Santos size.
